From mountains of mashed potatoes, laundry letdowns to homeschool highlights and soaring success stories. There’s something going on here every day of the week.
Hodgepodge is defined as a confused mixture. Our hodgepodge is an alliterative arrangement of our passions and interests. We pray our family jumble becomes a beautiful mixture of His grace and purpose.
Our story began when this California guy and Southern girl met in a little Baptist church in Utah. He won her heart writing window love letters. East and west coast married.
Five children later our story continues as we face that daily dose of chaos with an active family of preschoolers to middle schoolers.
We are forever rearranging something. Dad technology and Mom furniture. Our site reflects our shifting focus, highlighting a different section throughout the week.
Mondays we count our blessings. Tuesdays, Hodgepodgemom shares tips on Habits for a Happy Home. Other days we post meal plans and tasty tidbits for the love of slow-cooking in I’m Writing My Own Cookbook. Maybe something crafty in It’s Easy. We even chronicle life with allergies in Trials and Triumphs.
Fridays feature our weekly wrap up in Homeschool Highlights. Saturdays offer a spotlight on whatever suits our fancy. Hodgepodgedad adds technical validity and Daddy savvy along with way.
