I’ve written about some of my favorite books and other resources in the past. I thought I’d put them all together here. (That’s my littlest brother pointing to an airplane in the photo above).
Nancy Rue ~ February 09
I’ve been rereading the books of hers that I have, such as the It’s MY Life Book and Lily’s Passport to Paris. They are amazing! She has three series, The Lily Series, the Sophie Series and the Lucy series. She is currently working on the Lucy series. You can check out her blog at www.tweenyouandme.typepad.com it is great! I recommend these books for girls ages 8-13. Faithgirlz AND The Lily Series.
The Lads ~ May 09
A couple of years at Centri-Kid camp, which were my 3rd and 4th grade years, a band called The Lads has been there. They are a Christian band, and my favorite songs by them are “Coffee with Jesus” “Cable Knit Sweater” and “Shine like stars”. You can visit their website at www.theladsband.com and listen to their music, view tour dates and more. Check them out, because they may as well become your favorite band!
