Fast Food for Slow Sundays: Sloppy Joes

So easy for a Sunday lunch. Most simple for a weeknight supper. Not-your-average sloppy joes by Southern Plate. Just pull out your cooked ground turkey from your Batch Cooking in the Slow Cooker. Microwave with a can of Manwich sauce. Top with cheese and a sprinkle from a can of french-fried onions – onto store-bought buns. Serve up with some tater tots or a bag of chips.

Quick, delicious and whole-family-pleasing!

For more Sunday lunch ideas – that can be enjoyed any day of the week, see Fast Food for Slow Sundays at Habits for a Happy Home or the other recipes posted in the FFSS category.

About Hodgepodgemom

Tricia faces a daily dose of chaos homeschooling five children. The biggest lesson she’s learned? At the end of the day – when the dishes are put away and the children are tucked in bed – truly what matters is each child’s relationship with the Lord. Raising children is a God-given privilege and, folks, the time is short.
