To help you, fellow homeschool mom, with all the planning for your November homeschool and family time, I’ve gathered my favorites.
Gratitude Activities for Preschoolers: While it may not come naturally, there are many ways to cultivate gratitude in our children and ourselves. As we help them see everything they have to be grateful for and find ways to practice gratitude in our homes, it becomes easier and more natural, even for preschoolers.
November Outdoor Mom: Shirley Vels, Outdoor Hour Challenge hostess at Homeschool Nature Study shares an Outdoor Mom post for every month of the year! For November, she says, “We will ponder on all that we are thankful for, on all our blessings that God has so generously bestowed upon us. Instead of reserving the thankful heart for the last Thursday in November, let’s try and cultivate the spirit of thankfulness throughout the month as we mindfully carry out our ordinary tasks in our homes.” (I love the composting tips in this one plus the Thanksgiving poetry.)

Free November World nature notebook page: (at the bottom of this post) Use the ideas in this challenge to get outside and find something of interest to note about your November World.
