Shoebox Shopping in July

My boys love to make shoeboxes every year for Operation Christmas Child.   It is something we look forward to and I want to make sure we have plenty of supplies to fill multiple boxes.

I shop year-round for items to put in the boxes and July is the best time to find school supply deals.  Things like crayons, markers, water colors, notebooks, pencils and pens are always super cheap during the back to school sales.  So while you’re out shopping for your children, pick up a few extras.

Read Frugal Tips for Shoebox Shopping to get more ideas on how to shop for more items.

Shoeboxes are a tradition! I like the idea of starting shopping in July (especially for the good deal) 🙂 Thanks for the suggestion!
